Abstract
Medicinal plants have been reported to plants that are used to prevent and treat diseases. The cultivation and production of medicinal plants is important in many aspects. Medicinal plants play a role in promoting community health. Moreover, due to the adaptability of these plants to changing environmental conditions, they can not only play a role in stabilizing agricultural activities, creating employment and preventing migration, but also having high added-value, it can improve the livelihoods of rural households. Thus, the expansion of the cultivation of medicinal plants today has been considered as a rural development strategy, and also as a way to reduce Iran's economy's dependence on oil. The expansion of cultivating medicinal plants requires the adoption of cultivation by farmers and people who, although generally interested in this work, may do not produce for a variety of reasons. In this regard, recognition of people who have been producing medicinal herbs can help identify potential producers quickly and efficiently. Accordingly, this study seeks to investigate the characteristics of the current producers of medicinal plants in Zanjan province. By referring to the Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization of Zanjan province, the list of current medicinal plants producers in Zanjan province was determined as the statistical population of the study, all of which were censored. The data was collected by a questionnaire completed in 2018 by interviewing them. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS24 software. The results showed that in Zanjan province, 11 medicinal plant species were officially cultivated that Saffron and Damask rose products have the highest crop area.

| Persian Abstract: | گیاهان دارویی به گستره وسیعی از گیاهان اطلاق می‌شود که برای پیشگیری و درمان بیماری‌ها از آن استفاده می‌شود. پرورش و تولید گیاهان دارویی علاوه بر اینکه به سلامت جامعه کمک شایانی می‌کند در اشتغال‌زایی و همچنین صادرات غیرنفتی نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌کند. جایگاه گیاهان دارویی در توسعه بخش اقتصاد و زیست‌محیطی و اشتغال‌زایی به حدی است که امروزه روند تعمیق و احیای آن را مخصوصاً در جهت افزایش صادرات غیرنفتی به عنوان یکی از شاخه‌های اصلی توسعه اقتصاد ملی کشور مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. توسعه کشت گیاهان دارویی مستلزم پذیرش کشت از سوی کشاورزان و افرادی است که گرچه عموماً علاقمند به این کار هستند اما، ممکن است به دلایل گوناگونی وارد عرضه تولید نشوند. در این راستا، آشنایی با افرادی که مبادرت به تولید گیاهان دارویی نموده‌اند می‌تواند به شناسایی سریع و مؤثر تولیدکنندگان بالقوه کمک نماید. بر این اساس، مطالعه حاضر در صدد آن است تا ویژگی‌های تولیدکنندگان فعلی گیاهان دارویی در استان زنجان را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. با مراجعه به سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان زنجان، لیست تولیدکنندگان فعلی گیاهان دارویی در استان زنجان به عنوان جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه تعیین شد که همه آنها به‌صورت سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه بود که در سال 1397 با مصاحبه با این افراد تکمیل شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده پس از ورود به نرم‌افزار SPSS24 مورد توصیف و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از این بود که در استان زنجان 11 نوع گیاه دارویی به صورت رسمی کشت می شود که بیشترین میزان کشت به ترتیب مربوط به زعفران با میانگین 68/0 هکتار، کمینه 015/0 هکتار و بیشینه 5/4 هکتار و گل محمدی با میانگین: 06/1 هکتار؛ کمینه:1/0 هکتار، بیشینه:7 هکتار می¬باشد. |
