Abstract

One of the new advances in allelopathic knowledge is the utilization of these interactions directly or indirectly for weed management or as part of the integrated weed management program. One gram of dried powdery mildew was poured into 30 cc of methanol. Methanol was evaporated to distilled water to a volume of 30 cc. The resulting mixture was stirred for 2 hours by Shaker and used as the main stock after smoothing. Then the concentrations of 10%, 25% and 50% of the extracts were prepared and their effects on seed germination and seedling dry weight were investigated. Based on the data presented in the figures, it was found that the extract of the puppet of the backdrop, especially at high concentrations, has inhibitory effects on the germination of barley and rapeseed plants. According to the obtained data, the extract had more effect on germination of barley seed than canola. The results showed that allelochemicals affect seed germination. The effect of amylase seems to decrease seed germination. Treatment with different concentrations of puppet extract decreased root and shoot dry weight. So that at the highest concentration the dry weight reached zero. According to the results, the extract of the puppet can be used for the preparation of bio-herbicides against monocots.
