Abstract

Evaluation of the impacts of past watershed projects provides useful insights for future projects. In this study, the hydrology and water resources status of Akujan catchment of Qazvin province has been the object of the study which the effects of various measures of watershed managements were evaluated on. For this purpose, the changes of infiltration, water storage, peaks and volumes of catchment floods, were compared before and after the implementation of watershed management projects. The results show that 115000 m3 more runoff storage has been carried out by watershed management operations that 19.4% of this volume is related to the structural operations and 80.6% of it is due to biological and biomechanical projects of the catchment. Results of the flood analysis indicate that the role of structural measures in the change time of concentration of the catchment is low and at times even negative. Therefore the reduction of the peak flow and flood volume at the outlet of catchment is due to the implementation of biological and biomechanical measures which reduces the peak flows 42.7, 25.4, 20.8, 17.1, 15.3, 13.8% and flood volumes, 41.8, 24.8, 20.2, 16.5, 14.8, 13.3% respectively for the return periods of 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 years. Another observation is that the effect of watershed management practices on the reduction of flood peak and volume decreases when the return period of flood is increased. Persian Abstract: در این تحقیق، تاثیر پروژه‌های مختلف حفاظت آب و خاک بر وضعیت ویژگی‌های سیلاب آبخیز پررود قزوین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور میزان افزايش نفوذ و ذخیره آب و نیز ميزان سيلاب حوزه، برای بازه زمانی قبل و بعد از اجرای عملیات مورد مقايسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد سالانه حدود 115 هزار متر مکعب ذخیره رواناب در اثر اجرای برنامه‌های حفاظت آب و خاک در حوزه انجام شده است که 4/19 درصد این حجم مربوط به عملیات سازه¬ای و 6/80 درصد متعلق به اقدامات بیولوژیکی و بیومکانیکی است. نتایج مربوط به تحلیل سيلاب نشان داد که نقش اقدامات سازه¬اي در تغيير زمان تمرکز حوزه اندک و حتی منفی بوده ولذا کاهش دبی اوج و حجم سیلاب خروجی حوزه، حاصل اجراي اقدامات بيولوژيکي و بيومکانيکي است که باعث شده دبی اوج براي دوره بازگشت¬های 2 تا 100 سال به ترتیب 7/42، 4/25، 8/20، 1/17، 3/15 و 8/13 درصد و حجم سیلاب به ترتیب 8/41، 8/24، 2/20، 5/16، 8/14 و 3/13 درصد کاهش یابد. واژه¬های کلیدی: ذخیره رواناب، کنترل سیلاب، دبی اوج، حجم سیلاب، بیولوژیکی و بیومکانیکی، عملیات سازه¬ای.
