Abstract
The concerns of poultry breeders during hot season are reducing feed intake, growth rate, feed efficiency and carcass quality in in Tropical and subtropical regions. In this experiment the effects of Bitter Orange blossom powder on broiler performance under heat stress condition was assessed. A total of 160 one-day-old Ross 308 chicks were randomly divided into 4 treatments consisting of 10 birds of 4 replicates in a completely randomized design. The dietary treatments consist of basal diet as control, 0.5%, 1% and 2% Bitter Orange blossom powder that added to the basal diet. The results showed that there was no significant difference between treatments in body weight, feed intake and feed conversion ratio parameters under heat stress condition (P>0.05).

| Persian Abstract: | کاهش مصرف و عدم بازدهی خوراک، کاهش وزن و کاهش کیفیت لاشه در جوجه¬های گوشتی از جمله نگرانی¬های پرورش دهندگان در مناطق گرمسیر و نیمه گرمسیر، به ویژه در فصول گرم سال می¬باشد. به دلایل وجود ترکیباتی با کمترین اثرات جانبی، گیاهان دارویی از دیرباز مورد توجه انسان قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش از پودر بهارنارنج و تاثیر آن بر عملکرد رشد جوجه¬های گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی استفاده شد. بری این منظور تعداد 160 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 یک روزه در چهار تیمار با چهار تکرار و 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در این پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تیمارها شامل گروه شاهد (صفر بهارنارنج)،5/0% پودر بهارنارنج، 1% پودر بهار نارنج و 2% پودر بهار نارنج بود. در این بررسی مشاهده شد که سطوح مختلف پودر بهار نارنج تاثیر معنی¬داری بر افزایش وزن، میزان خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل جوجه¬های گوشتی در شرایط تنش گرمایی نداشت (05/0<p). |
