Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of potato waste on growth performance and carcass traits of broiler chickens in a completely randomized design with five treatments in four replications and 14 broiler chicks in both replicates and in total. Done with 350 pieces. Experimental diets contained three levels of potato wastes (0, 15 and 25%) and two levels of multi-enzyme (0 and 0.2%). Feed intake was not affected by the type of experimental diet during the growth period, the final period and the whole rearing period. Daily weight gain was not significantly different between the experimental groups but at the end of the experiment and the control group was better than other treatments (P <0.05). Growth conversion factor was lower in the potato-treated groups than in the control group (P <0.05). In the final period, the feed conversion ratio in the control group was significantly lower than the other experimental groups (P <0.05) and this was also observed throughout the rearing period (P <0.05). It had no effect on carcass percentage, and relative weights of pancreas, liver, bursa Fabricius, spleen and heart. The ratio of intestinal length to live weight in birds fed 25% of potato lesions was higher than other groups (P <0.05). Potato lesions in the diet increased the relative weight of the gizzard and decreased abdominal fat compared to the control group (P <0.05). According to the results of this study, the use of potato plus enzyme in relation to different levels of non-enzyme potato wastes had a positive effect on body weight gain in broilers.

| Persian Abstract: | تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیرضایعات سیب زمینی به همراه مولتی آنزیم بر برعملکردرشدوصفات لاشه جوجه¬های گوشتی در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار درپنج تکرار و تعداد 14 قطعه جوجه گوشتی از هر دو جنس در هر تکرار و جمعاً با 350 قطعه انجام شد. جیره های آزمایشی حاوی سه سطح ضایعات سیب زمینی( صفر، 15 و 25 درصد ) و دو سطح مولتی آنزیم ( صفر و 2/0 درصد) بودند.میزان مصرف خوراک در دوره رشد ،دوره پایانی و نیزکل دوره پرورش تحت ت اثیرنوع جیره آزمایشی قرارنگرفت. میزان افزایش وزن روزانه در دوره رشد تفاوت معنی داری بین گروههای آزمایشی نداشت اما در دوره پایانی و کل گروه شاهد بهتر سایر تیمارها بود(05/0 >P). ضریب تبدیل غذایی دردوره رشد درگروه¬های تغذیه شده باضایعات سیبزمینی پایینترازگروه شاهدبود (05/0 >P).دردوره پایانی ضریب تبدیل غذایی درگروه شاهدبه طورمعنی داری پایینترازسایرگروههای آزمایشی بود (05/0 >P) واین رویه درکل دوره پرورش نیزمشاهده گردید (05/0 >P).همچنین نوع جیره آزمایشی مصرفی اثری بردرصدلاشه،و اوزان نسبی پانکراس،کبد،بورس فابریسیوس،طحال وقلب نداشت. نسبت طول روده به وزن زنده درپرنده¬های تغذیه شده با سطح 25 درصدضایعات سیب زمینی صرف نظرازکاربردآنزیم، بالاترازسایرگروههابود (05/0 >P).ضایعات سیب زمینی درجیره غذایی باعث افزایش وزن نسبی سنگدان و کاهش چربی محوطه بطنی نسبت به گروه شاهدشد(05/0 >P).باتوجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر،استفاده ازضایعات سیب زمینی به همراه آنزی نسبت به سطوح مختلف ضایعات سیب زمینی بدون آنزیم تاثیر مثبتی برافزایش وزن بدن جوجه¬های گوشتی نشان داد. |
