Abstract
The present study order to study the relationship between organizational agility and organizational forgetfulness with efficiency educational administrators in secondary schools for girls Department of Education, Ardabil Township. Research Methodology descriptive _ Correlation and the study population consisted of secondary school teachers in girls Education department Ardabil (897) that people have formed with regard to the table and Morgan cluster and random sample volume 460 teachers from the 1 and 437 teacher from 2 district . Analysis of data based on the number of 270 questionnaires collected using the software Spss21. In this study, three questionnaire, organizational agility (Sharifi, Zhang 1999 (torng Lin et al.)), the organizational forgetfulness latticework et al. (1391) , and organizational efficiency (Hassan Asadi, 1380) was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaire by a number of specialists and professors were approved, especially Supervisor and to assess the reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to arrange reliable(0.91,0.94,0.95), respectively. The results showed that between organizational agility and productivity educational administrators there is a positive and significant relationship. Is to investigate the relationship between organizational forgotten and productivity educational administrators showed that there is a positive and significant correlation. organizational agility and organizational forgetfulness components predict Significant positive of organizational efficiency. It is also a significant and positively relationship established between organizational forgetfulness and its dimensions (targeted forgetfulness, organizational learning, knowledge management capacity, and organizational performance with organizational agility.

| Persian Abstract: | پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه چابکی سازمانی و فراموشی سازمانی با بهره‌وری مدیران آموزشی در مدارس متوسطه(دخترانه) انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را همه معلمان دوره متوسطه دخترانه در اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان اردبیل (897نفر) تشکیل داده اندکه با توجه به جدول مورگان به صورت خوشه ای و در دسترس حجم نمونه 460 نفر معلم از ناحیه 1 و 437نفر معلم از ناحیه 2 انتخاب گردید.تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تعداد270 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده و با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانگ،1999(تورنگ لین و همکاران)، فراموشی سازمانی(مشبکی و همکاران،1391) و بهره‌وری سازمانی (حسن اسدی،1380) استفاده شده است که روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه های مورد نظر از طریق چند تن از متخصصان و اساتید محترم به خصوص استاد راهنما مورد تایید قرار گرفت و برای سنجش پایایی نیز از ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که به ترتیب (95/0، 94/0و91/0) به دست آمد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بین چابکی سازمانی و فراموشی سازمانی با بهره‌وری مدیران آموزشی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد و مولفه های چابکی سازمانی و فراموشی سازمانی پیش بین بهره‌وری سازمانی بودند. همچنین بین فراموشی سازمانی و ابعادآن (فراموشی هدفمند، یادگیری سازمانی، ظرفیت مدیریت دانش و عملکرد سازمانی) با چابکی سازمانی رابطه معنادار و مثبتی بر قرار است. | ||||||
