Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational learning and organizational health and education of entrepreneurship. In the current study focuses on the role that education can have on education and development of entrepreneurship in the country. The main objective of this study was to investigate the role of teachers in the development of entrepreneurship is important. For this purpose, the relationship between organizational learning and organizational health and organizational entrepreneurship and Zimmerer was evaluated based on the pattern Askarbvrvf. The purpose of applied research and is correlational. The population in this study, teachers in the education city MALEKAN that of 1500 by Charles Cochran sampling formula, 110 people were selected randomly. To collect data, organizational health of King Hussein, and organizational learning questionnaire Nyfh and entrepreneurship questionnaire used Askarbvrvf and Zimmerer. The results showed that organizational health and organizational learning on entrepreneurship in order of intensity (0/53) and (0/66) and is effective in significantly 0/01. The findings also showed that between organizational health components: a work environment filled with refresher (0/461), inspired employees (0/419), extensive leadership (0/482), positive culture (0/476), sustainable success (0/416) there is a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurship teachers. As well as between the components of organizational learning: interpersonal skills (0/473) models mouthpiece (0/439), shared vision (0/522), team learning (0/553), systems thinking (0/416) with there is a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurship teachers.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین یادگیری سازمانی و سلامت سازمانی با کارآفرینی در بین معلمان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان ملکان می باشد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، معلمان شاغل در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان ملکان بود که از بین 1500نفر با استفاده از فرمول نمونه گیری شارل کوکران 110 نفر به روش نمونه گيري تصادفی ساده انتخاب نمودیم. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی شاه حسینی(1377)، و پرسشنامه یادگیری سازمانی نیفه(2001) و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی سازمانی اسکاربوروف و زیمرر(1391) استفاده کردیم. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها و به منظور محاسبه میزان همبستگی بین متغیرها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و برای بدست آوردن میزان و سهم هریک از متغیرها در پیش بینی متغیر وابسته از رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده کردیم. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که سلامت سازمانی(530/0) و یادگیری سازمانی(660/0) رابطه معناداری با کارآفرینی سازمانی در سطح معناداری 01/0 دارد. همچنین یافته های تحقیق نشان داد بین مولفه های سلامت سازمانی: محیط کاری پر طراوات(461/0)، کارکنان الهام بخش(419/0)، رهبری فراگیر(482/0)، فرهنگ مثبت(476/0)، موفقیت پایدار(416/0) با کارآفرینی معلمان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین مولفه های یادگیری سازمانی: مهارت های فردی(473/0)، مدل های دهنی(439/0)، چشم انداز مشترک(522/0)، یادگیری تیمی(553/0)، تفکر سیستمی(416/0) با کارآفرینی معلمان رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. | ||||
