Abstract
There are various factors that influence the transport of the road , one of them is climatic change .Among the climatic hazards that affect the safety of the transport of the road ,we can mention rainfall elements: such as raining ,frosting ,snowing and fogging. To do this research , by using DEM on the study of the region ,and then longitudinal profile of the altitude elevation and slope-axis maps of Barzand-Amirkandy trajectory were drawn via the Arc GIS software. In this research, while investigating the relationship between each of the hazardous climate and the safety of the road transport in the direction of Barzand-Amirkandy, using the collected information and data, applying statistical methods, drawing mapof the possibility of the risk of accident was prepared in each of the different climatic conditions. Based on studies and statistics available during 2011-2012 era, out of the total of 56 accidents that were investigated,22 cases of them occurred during rainy and foggy weather. Of these, there have been 14 cases of accidents with the most frequency in 1394 and also there have been 14 cases of injured and death with the highest number of casualties in terms of severity. According to the results of these maps, the highest risk during the rainy days of18km,snowstorms in the three points of the axis study totaling 11 km and icy conditions of 18 km has the highest rate of accident.

| Persian Abstract: | عوامل مختلفی برایمنی حمل ونقل جاده ای تاثیردارند که یکی از آنها مخاطرات اقلیمی است، از بین مخاطرات اقلیمی که ایمنی حمل و نقل جاده ای را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد می توان به نقش عناصر بارش نظیر باران، برف، یخبندان و مه آلود اشاره کرد. برای انجام اين پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از DEM منطقه مورد مطالعه نقشه های توپوگرافی و سپس نقشه های سطوح ارتفاعی پروفیل طولی و نقشه شیب محور برزند- امیر کندی در محیط نرم افزار ArcGISترسیم شد. دراین تحقیق ضمن بررسی ارتباط بین هریک از مخاطرات اقلیمی و ایمنی حمل ونقل جاده ای در محوربرزند –امیرکندی با استفاده از اطلاعات و داده های مورد نظر با استفاده از روش های آماری، اقدام به تهیه نقشه احتمال خطر تصادف درهریک از وضعیت های مختلف اقلیمی گردید. براساس بررسی های صورت گرفته و آمارهای موجود در طی سالهای 1390-1394، از مجموع 56 مورد تصادف که در این پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است 22 مورد آن در هنگام ریزش باران و مه آلود بودن هوا اتفاق افتاده است. از این میان سالها، سال 1394با تعداد14 تصادف بیشترین فراوانی را دارد همچنین از نظر شدت تصادفات نیز با 14 مصدوم و کشته بیشترین تلفات را داشته است. براساس نتایج حاصل از این نقشه ها، بیشترین خطر در هنگام روزهای بارانی بطول18کیلومتر، درهنگام برفی درسه نقطه از محور مورد مطالعه درمجموع بطول 11کیلومتر و در شرایط یخبندان بطول18 کیلومتر، دارای حداکثرفراوانی وقوع تصادفات می باشد. | ||||
