Abstract
Today, human bioclimatic studies are the basis for urban planning, development housing, architecture and tourism. If human life environments are combined with high climatic conditions and factors, it reduces fuel consumption and creates favorable thermal conditions for humans. The purpose of this study is investigating of effective bioclimatic indicators for assesing human comfort as well as the interference of climatic change in changing these indicators in the coming years in the city of Germi. In this research, temperature data (minimum and maximum) and relative humidity (minimum and maximum) during the years 2005-2015 were used to determine the Terjung, Windfall, Givoni and Olggav indexes, Then with Lars-wg model these indicators were evaluated for the years 2011-2030. Results of this research show that the Germi zone during the months of January, February, March, April, October, November and Desember are cold ,and May,June and September have favorable conditions for tourists in day, And the nights are cold, and July and August have favorable conditions at nigh, in this months there are hot days that need a cooler in this situation and according to the output of the Lars-wg model and considering the effects of climate change in the future, it is clear that there was no change in Givoni and Olggav indices and the comfort of night and day are like the comfort level of the past period and only a slight change in the Terjung index has taken place : Cool state in May turn to comfort state, Daily Comfort state in juan turn touncomfort state and daily comfort state in septamber turn to cool state.

| Persian Abstract: | امروزه مطالعات و بررسی¬های بیوکلیماتیک انسانی پایه و اساس برنامه¬ریزهای شهری، عمرانی، سکونتگاهی، معماری و جهانگردی است. به¬طوریکه اگر محیط¬های زندگی انسان با شرایط و عوامل اقلیمی در سطح بالایی همسازی داشته باشد، موجب کاهش مصرف سوخت و باعث بوجود آمدن شرایط آسایش مطلوب از لحاظ حرارتی برای انسان می¬شود. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی شاخص¬های زیست اقلیمی موثر (بیوکلیماتیک) برای ارزیابی آسایش انسان و همچنین دخالت تغییر اقلیم در تغییر این شاخص¬ها در سال¬های آینده در شهرستان گرمی می¬باشد. در این تحقیق از داده¬های دما (حداقل و حداکثر) و رطوبت نسبی (حداقل و حداکثر) در طی سال¬های 2005-2015 برای تعیین شاخص¬های ترجونگ، برودت باد، گیونی و اولگی استفاده شد، سپس با استفاده از مدل Lars-wg، این شاخص¬ها برای سال¬های 2011-2030 ارزیابی شدند. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می¬دهد که منطقه¬ی گرمی در طول ماه¬های دی، بهمن، اسفند، فروردین، مهر، آبان و آذر شرایط سردی دارند و ماه¬های اردیبهشت و خرداد و شهریور در روز دارای شرایط مطلوب از لحاظ گردشگری هستند و شب¬ها از حالت سردی برخوردارند و ماه¬های تیر و مرداد در شب دارای شرایط مطلوبی هستند و روزهای گرمی دارند که نیاز به کولر آبی در این شرایط احساس می-شود و طبق خروجی مدل Lars-wg و با در نظر گرفتن اثرات تغییر اقلیم در آینده مشخص می¬شود که هیچ تغییری در شاخص¬های گیونی و اولگی صورت نگرفته و وضعیت آسایش شب و روز مثل وضعیت آسایش دوره¬ی آماری گذشته می¬باشد و فقط تغییر جزئی در شاخص ترجونگ به این ترتیب صورت گرفته که حالت خنک در اردیبهشت ماه به حالت آسایش، حالت آسایش روزانه در خرداد ماه به حالت عدم آسایش و حالت آسایش روزانه در ماه شهریور به حالت خنکی تغییر کرده است. | ||||
