Abstract
The aim of this study was Comparation the effectiveness of the Bowen's systemic counseling and Solution-focoused to reduce the risk of divorce, burnout and marital discord in disagreeable women. The method of research was Quasi-experimental and pretest – post test with multi groups. The statistical population included all women who were referred to the Justice Department in Ardabil in order to divorce in 2016. The sample consisted of 45 non-compliant women (divorce applicant) selected by available sampling method and divided into three groups (two experimental and one control group). To collect information from questionnaires couple-Burnout (Pines, 1996), marital instability (John et al, 1987) and Beir- Sternberg discord (Beir & Sternberg, 1977). For experiment groups, Bowen's Systemic Consulting and Solutions focoused Consulting were held in 7 sessions in one and a half hours whereas control groups did not receive any training. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that Solution-focoused counseling can reduce the risk of divorce, burnout and marital discord in disagreeable women (p<0/05). And Bowen's systemic counseling can also reduce the risk of divorce and burnout marital (p<0/05). But it was not effective in reducing marital discord. Also, the results of covariance analysis and Duncan's post hoc test showed that solution-focoused counseling method is more effective than Bowen's systemic in reducing the risk of divorce burnout and marital discord in disagreeable women (p<0/05). These results can be a backup to use Bowen's systemic counseling and Solution-focoused to reduce the risk of divorce, burnout and marital discord in disagreeable women that in addition to preventing the collapse of the foundation of the family, these two methods can also be used to prevent family conflicts and disputes.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی مشاوره سیستمی بوئن و راه¬حل محور بر کاهش ریسک طلاق، دلزدگی و ناسازگاری زناشویی در زنان ناسازگار بود. طرح پژوهش شبه¬آزمایشی و از نوع پیش¬آزمون – پس¬آزمون چندگروهی بود. جامعه آماری تمام زنانی را شامل می¬شد که به منظور طلاق در سال 1395 به دادگستری شهر اردبیل مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه پژوهش 45 زن ناسازگار (متقاضی طلاق) بود که به روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در سه گروه (دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل) گمارده شدند. جهت جمع¬آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه¬های دلزدگی زناشویی (پاینز، 1996)، بی¬ثباتی ازدواج (ادواردز، جوهانسون و بوث (1987) و ناسازگاری بیر- استرنبرگ (بیر و استرنبرگ، 1977) استفاده شد. برای گروه¬های آزمایشی مشاوره سیستمی بوئنی و مشاوره راه¬¬حل¬محور در 7 جلسه یک و نیم ساعته برگزار شد. در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ¬گونه مداخله¬ای را دریافت نکردند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری و تک¬متغیری نشان داد که مشاوره راه¬حل¬محور می¬تواند موجب کاهش ریسک طلاق، دلزدگی و ناسازگاری زناشویی در زنان ناسازگار شود (05/0>p). و مشاوره سیستمی بوئنی نیز می¬تواند میزان ریسک طلاق و دلزدگی زناشویی را کاهش دهد (05/0>p)، اما در کاهش ناسازگاری زناشویی اثربخش نبود. همچنین نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی دانکن نشان داد که روش مشاوره راه¬حل¬محور نسبت به روش سیستمی بوئن در کاهش ریسک طلاق، دلزدگی و ناسازگاری زناشویی اثربخشی بیشتری دارد (05/0>p). این نتایج می¬تواند پشتوانه¬ای برای بکارگیری روش¬های مشاوره سیستمی بوئن و راه¬حل¬محور در کاهش ریسک طلاق، دلزدگی و ناسازگاری زناشویی در زنان ناسازگار باشد تا بدین وسیله علاوه بر مانع شدن از فروپاشی بنیان خانواده، می¬توان از این دو روش جهت پیشگیری از اختلافات و تعارضات خانوادگی نیز استفاده نمود. | ||||
