Abstract

Nowadays, producing healthy product is one of the most important subject in the world. Because not having enough attention to this makes lot of humans and enviromental damages, also economic loss. So producers as agricultural managemnet paly the main role in this. This search with main goal of recognition on management approaches in producing healthywas done in Alborz Province. It is a particular search with 150 greenhouse manager in three section of Alborz Province, Nazarabad, Hashgerd and Chaharbagh on 2016 until 2017. These greenhouses should cultivate fruit like strawberry or vegetables like tomato or cucumber that the people use them daily, because we should measure their experiences in providing healthy product. This survey was doing by questionnaire with all of them, that the questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by Mohaghegh Ardebili’s master and University of Tehran’s professors and its reliability confirmed with Cronbach's alpha. After collecting the data, we analyzed them with SPSS and SmartPLS. Results showed that all society factors, economic factors, teknical factors and management skilld has discrepancy in differenct managmnet approaches, also showed there are positive correlation between education, total cost and all management skills with producing healthy products. Influence of education is 23.6 %, communication skills is 9 %, technical skills is 65.8%, control skills is 26.6% and planning skills is 12.5% on producing healthy products. At the end find that Management approaches with influence on managemnet skills has the most impress on producing healthy products in Alborz Province.
