Abstract
the purpose of this study is investigation the relationship between Spiritual leadership and psychological capital with quality of working life teachers. This study’s methodology was kind of descriptive research and population of this research is all of high school teachers of the Khoram Abad’s region one and two up to 1114 population who were engaging in teaching in 2015- 2016 educational year that 285 people were selected by means of multi- step random sampling and through Kergisy and Morgan’s table. This study’s tool is three questionnaire include Feray Spiritual leadership questionnaire (2003),Lotanz questionnaire (2007) and Valton quality of life questionnaire (1973).Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and respectively Cronbach's alpha reliability through questionnaires spiritual leadership at 89%, Psychological capital questionnaires 85% and quality of working life questionnaire 87%. and quality of life questionnaire vary from 850 working 87/0. Descriptive statistic and inferential statistic includes single-group T-test, Pierson’s correlation coefficient test and multiple regressions were applied for data analysis. status’ results showed that was of spiritual leadership is above average, psychological capital and quality of working life was lower-than-average in teachers. Pierson’s correlation coefficient results showing the positive and significant relationship between Spiritual leadership and its dimensions with quality of working life teachers and also positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and its dimensions with quality of working life teachers. Spiritual leadership and psychological capital to significant variance explained in their quality of working life. psychological capital had a greater share in predicting quality of working life.

| Persian Abstract: | هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین رهبری معنوی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی باکیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان بود. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه‌ی آماری آن کلیه‌ی دبیران متوسطه شاغل در ناحیه یک و دو شهر خرم‌آباد به تعداد 1114 نفر در سال تحصیلی 94-1395 بود که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 285 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه رهبری معنوی فرای (2003)، پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز (2007) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون(1973) استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه از طریق صاحب‌نظران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب پرسشنامه رهبری معنوی برابر با 89/. و پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی 85/0 و کیفیت زندگی کاری 87/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها از روش t تک گروهی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. نتایج تعیین وضعیت نشان‌دهنده رهبری معنوی بالاتر ازحدمتوسط، سرمایه روان‌شناختی و کیفیت زندگی کاری پایین‌تر از حد متوسط درمعلمان بوده. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان‌دهنده رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین رهبری معنوی و ابعاد آن باکیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان و رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین سرمایه روان‌شناختی و ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری بود. رهبری معنوی و سرمایه روان‌شناختی به گونة معنی‌داری توان تبیین واریانس کیفیت زندگی کاری را دارا بودند. سرمایه روان‌شناختی سهم بیشتری در تبیین واریانس کیفیت زندگی کاری را دارا بود | ||||||
